How to get to The Fairmont Banff Springs HotelCalgary International Airport (YYC) is the closest airport to Banff, Alberta. Travel time from the airport to the summit venue and hotel is between 1.5 and 2 hours.

SHUTTLE SERVICE
Shuttle service between Calgary International Airport and The Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel will be provided on Friday, March 27, and Saturday, March 28, as well as on Tuesday, March 31, at certain arrival/departure times.

When you arrive, please go to one of the three welcome booths indicated by the ISTP logo outside each arrival area — Air Canada, WestJet and international. A staff member or volunteer will give you information about the next shuttle. Should you have to wait for your shuttle, you may wait in the food court on the second floor of the airport. Note that The Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel is 1.5 to 2 hours from the airport.

Reserve your seat(s) for the departure shuttle on-site at the ISTP 2015 Registration/Information kiosk.
Pick-up location: Motorcoach entrance located to the left of the main hotel entrance. Please arrive 20–30 minutes before departure time. It is crucial that shuttles leave on schedule.
